Harassment Report

Energy Star Lighting & Electric Inc. is committed to providing a safe work environment. Therefore, ESLE Inc. strictly prohibits all forms of harassment and retaliation.  If an employee feels that he or she is being harassed in violation of the company’s “Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Prevention” policy by another employee, supervisor, manager or third party doing business with ESLE Inc., the employee should immediately contact the Safety Manager at (401)307–3753 or Human Resources at (916)502-4108.

Employees’ notification to ESLE Inc. is essential in preventing workplace harassment.  Employees may be assured that they will not be penalized in any way for reporting a harassment or discrimination problem.  Similarly, the company prohibits employees from hindering its internal investigations or its internal complaint procedure. To report incidents, employees may use the form below.

Confidentiality will be kept to the extent possible but complete confidentiality is not guaranteed.  It may become necessary to disclose your identity and/or complaint, as well as to conduct a formal investigation.
