QC Step by Step

Please upload a picture for every applicable step in the installation, as described below:

Step 1

Take a close-up picture of the existing fixture before anything is done to it.

Step 2

Remove the cover, take a picture to make visible how the fixture is connected. Make sure all the wiring labels / transformer taps are clearly visible in the picture!

Step 3

Remove the existing fixture, take a picture of the wall / pole / whatever the fixture was originally attached to.

Step 4

Attach the new fixture, connect wiring and seal penetration, but do not install any covers, take a picture showing the wiring / penetration seals where applicable.

Step 5

Close the fixture, seal around where necessary, take picture once complete.

Step 6

Take an establishment photo of the wall / ceiling / area where the fixture is located, while the fixtures are on and lit, showing multiple fixtures. (this does not require all of them to be completed for this picture, just the one you're installing!)

This needs to be completed on the first fixture (and last fixture per jobsite) of each type you're installing!
